Nice little park. We tried fishing but found more frogs than fish:)

Beautiful Sunday afternoon in the park! I remember having lots of Birthday party's, cookouts, graduation party's, family reunions.... etc. etc. when I was young and even when my kids were coming up. It was kind of sad not seeing anyone out enjoying this weather but then again it was very peaceful listening to the trees and the squirrels and the birds! I ❤️ this park!!

Will say that I didn't expect much while heading there but.... This 9 hole is really awesome!!! It has a variety of shots and it's not just a pitch and putt. Hole 3 you have to hit a line and you have to know what your discs do and which one to use... Hole 6 is a monster of an uphill hole... I'm used to elevation coming from Dubuque but I was still blown away on what a monster that hole is!!! Whoever puts time into maintaining that course you are awesome and I will be back to play it every time I'm in the area!!!

Beautiful park along the Mississippi River. It has a bike path for walking, riding bikes, roller skating and anything else you can think of that is notorious. No motor vehicles are permitted on the bike path! As your going alone this bike path you'll enjoy the beautiful scenery, ducks, and different little spots along the way (such as mini parks, flower gardens and picnic tables). Even if you can't walk a nice slow drive along this 2-3 miles is a beautiful site to see. There are also several free parking areas along this beautiful scenic stretch of the Mississippi River.

Love this park. Spent many days here growing up, so I might be biased. The city has kept this park clean and up to date. It is a beautiful gem with some amazing oak trees. I'm no frisbee golf expert, but it's great the city has kept up with the times and tried to offer more for others. My most recent visit involved sledding on the backside. It was great, my kids had the thrill of re living my childhood. Amazing to think we would sled right onto the frozen pond at the bottm of the hill. In this day and age that's not allowed, which is prob for the better.
